Jomsom Muktinath Jomsom and Muktinath trek follows the ancient trading route from India to Tibet upto the Kali Gandaki valley starting from the road head near Pokhara and finishing at the pilgrimage site of Muktinath (3802m). The Jomsom and Muktinath Trek is the classic teahouse trek, which covers some of the best trekking lodges in Nepal.

This trek will provide you adventurous and fabulous experiences on natural beauty as well as the unique cultural practice at the lowland villages up to the splendor of the high Himalayas. This trek gives many spectacular views of the two Himalayan giants, Annapurna and Dhaulagiri, and gives flavors of the Tibet-like country north of Jomsom. This is indeed a classic trek, which allows access to the high mountains of the Himalayas within a reasonable timeframe and without ascending to extreme altitude. Accommodation and food is provided in the local lodges.

Jomsom Muktinath Trekking Itinerary:

Day 01     : Arrival in kathmandu
Upon arrival at Kathmandu International Airport transfer to your hotel in Kathmandu .Short briefing will follow concerning the necessary formalities and your trekking itinerary. Depending upon your arrival time you may spend free time visiting nearby sanctuaries or resting.
Day 02     : Kathmandu to Pokhara
Day 03     : 1 hrs Drive to Naya Pul, and start trek to Tikedhunga (1525m) 5  hrs (B.L.D)
Day 04     : Tikhedhunga to Ghorapani (2853m) 5  hrs (B.L.D)
Day 05     : Ghorapani to Tatopani (2652m) 6  hrs (B.L.D)
Day 06     : Tatopani to Kalopani (2530m) 6  hrs (B.L.D)
Day 07     : Kalopani to Marpha (2665m) 6 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 08     : Marpha to Kagbeni (2810m) 5  hrs (B.L.D)
Day 09     : Kagbeni to Muktinath (3802m) 5 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 10     : Muktinath to Jomsom (2754m) 5  hrs (B.L.D)
Day 11     : 35 minutes fly to Pokhara from Jomsom, and 7 hrs drive back to Kathmandu (B,L,D)
Day 12     : Final departure to your country (B)
