Ghandruk and Ghorepani Village Trekking
This is a short and easy Village tour, providing an insight to the lifestyles of Gurung ethnic community of Nepal as well as great views of Himalayas that includes Macchapuchre (Fishtail) and Annapurna South.The region is dominated by the Gurungs and Magars. Dense rhododendron forests, varieties of bird species, deep sub-tropical valleys, traditional villages, age-old tradition and culture, hospitable people, ever-smiling faces of the people, majestic mountain views are some of the major attractions of this trek.
The trail takes you through beautiful valleys, dense mossy forests and icy waterfalls. One can view majestic Himalayas around every corner in the trek. No doubt, the trek also offers a unique experience to every visitor which would cherish in the rest of their live.While in this trek, one can also view Punhill which offers best view point among other trekking routes of Annapurna region. From this point, one can view the mountain peaks such as Dhaulagiri (8,167m.), Annapurna I (8,091m.), Machapurhre (Fish Tail) (6993m), Tukuche (6920m), Nilgiri ( 6940m), Hiunchuli (6441m), Annapurna South (7219m), Lamjung Himal (6931m) and some other smaller peaks.

Ghorepani Poonhill Trekking Itinerary:
Day 01 : Arrival in kathmandu
Upon arrival at Kathmandu International Airport transfer to your hotel in Kathmandu .Short briefing will follow concerning the necessary formalities and your trekking itinerary. Depending upon your arrival time you may spend free time visiting nearby sanctuaries or resting.
Day 02 : Sightseeing / Cultural Day in Kathmandu Valley
Half day sightseeing around UNESCO Bhaktapur / Kathmandu where your guide will escort you on a tour of Buddhist and Hindu temples and shrines reflecting ancient local traditions. There is time to explore the citys many places of interest on your own or take a rest while trekking permits are finalised. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 03 : Kathmandu-drive to Pokhara (7 hours) and overnight in hotel
Day 04 : Pokhara-drive to Nayapul (1 hours) and trek to Tikedhunga (4 hrs) and overnight in teahouse.
Day 05 : Tikedhunga trek to Ghorepani (7 hours) and overnight in teahouse.
Day 06 : Ghorepani early morning hike to Poon hill (View point) (1 hrs), trek down to Ghorepani and trek to Tadapani (6 hrs) and overnight in teahouse
Day 07 : Tadapani trek to Ghandruk (4 hrs) and overnight in teahouse
Day 08 : Ghandruk trek to Nayapul (4 hrs) and drive to Pokhara (1 hrs). End of the trek
Day 09 : Free day - evening culture show and nepali dinner, hotel at Pokhara
Day 10 : Transfer to Kathmandu, overnight at hotel in Kathmandu
Day 11 : Final departure, transfer to airport
