Annapurna panorama view trek is ideal choice for those seeking short and relatively easy trekking to see Annapurna Mountain range at warmer, lower elevations.Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara 200km about 6 hours by tourist coach or 30-minutes flight. Pokhara is well-known tourist destination in Nepal after Kathmandu. Its flame rests on the natural beauty of its lakeside location and its proximity to the mountains, not on any great historical or cultural endowment; it is the starting point for most of the famous treks in Nepal.

Poon hill which offers best views of mountain peaks such as Dhaulagiri (8,167m.), Annapurna I (8,091m.), Machapurhre (Fish Tail) (6993m), Tukuche (6920m), Nilgiri ( 6940m), Hiunchuli (6441m), Annapurna South (7219m), Lamjung Himal (6931m) and some other smaller peaks. The region is dominated by the Gurungs and Magars. Dense rhododendron forests, varieties of bird species, deep sub-tropical valleys, traditional villages, age-old tradition and culture, hospitable people, ever-smiling faces of the people, majestic mountain views are some of the major attractions of this trek.

Annapurna Panorama View Trekking Itinerary:

Day 01     :Meet at Kathmandu Airport and transfer to hotel
Day 02     : Sight-seeing of Kathmandu:
Leave for full day sightseeing in Kathmandu valley includes the Hindu temple complex at Pashupatinath (a UNESCO World Heritage site) & the biggest Buddhist Stupa at Boudhanath. Also visit Monkey Temple the Swyambhunath (2000 years old temple) and visit Patan city of fine arts. Back to hotel and stay.
Day 03     :Drive to- Pokhara stay overnight at hotel
Day 04     : Pokhara to Tikhedhunga:
One hour drive to Nayapul and walks through the lust, green Modi River valley. Pass waterfalls with plunge pools that invite you to swim.
Day 05     : Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani:
A gentle climb through pasture and cultivated fields as you climb up you walk up besides the cascading river through refreshingly cool oak and rhododendron forest. if weather is clear you would see mountain views.
Day 06     : Ghorepani to Tadapani:
Early morning get up for sunrise and mountain views 45 minutes walk to Poonhil, One of the best Himalayan view points in Nepal, which provides a unobstructed views of the high Himalaya. Today we trek to Tadapani, A short early morning climb to the Deurali pass for a spectacular panorama over Dhaulagiri and the Annapurna, Trail descends steeply through dense moss-covered forest rich with bird life to Tadapani which provides you a close up sunset view.
Day 07     : Tadapani to Ghandruk:
walking through the forest and arrive A huge Gurunbg village at 1940m is the second largest Gurung village in Nepal and explores the maze like streets of this thriving Gurung settlement, You can have a good view of Annapurna south and Fisthail. Over night in teahouse.
Day 08     : Ghandruk To Pothana:
We descent down through the paved courtyards of Ghandruk village past several teahouses, After crossing a stream on a suspention bridge the trail emerges in to the main Main Modi Khola valley and reaches Tolkha. After that continue walking to Pothana, You will have a excellent view of Mt. Fish tail ( Machhapuchhare 6697m) from here. and overnight at teahouse.
Day 09     :Pothana to Pokhara:
you will follow the trail with pavel stones through rhododendron forest. You will arrive Dhampus.It is inhabited by a mix of people: Gurung, Brahman, Magar communities. From here work down to mostly down hill through fields to forest to Phedi from here 30 minutes drive to Pokhara.
Day 10     : Pokhara to Kathmandu: Drive back or fly out to Kathmandu.
Day 11     : Kathmandu free day, evening culture show with Nepali dinner, hotel
Day 12     : Final departure, transfer to airport
