At a Glance
The Annapurna Base Camp Trek 10 Days is a classic Himalayan adventure through some of Nepal's most beautiful mountain landscapes, traditional villages and diverse forests. Also known as the ABC Trek or Annapurna Sanctuary Trek, this journey takes you deep into the Annapurna Sanctuary and to Annapurna Base Camp at 4,130 meters.
The trek combines spectacular Himalayan scenery with cultural experiences in Gurung and Magar villages. Along the route, you walk through rhododendron and bamboo forests, cross mountain streams and stone stairways, and gradually enter the high alpine environment surrounding Machhapuchhre and the Annapurna massif.
The Annapurna Base Camp Trek Nepal experience is particularly attractive because the route reaches an impressive high-altitude destination without requiring technical climbing. The standard trek is considered moderate, although trekkers should be prepared for long walking days, steep stone steps and the effects of increasing altitude.
With Nepal Trekking Trail, the Annapurna Base Camp Trek 10 Days can be organized with experienced trekking guides, comfortable tea-house accommodation, meals during the trek and transportation between Kathmandu, Pokhara and the trailhead.
