Depending on weather, fitness and trail conditions, you can take an optional hike toward Birendra Lake, Pungyen Gompa or the direction of Manaslu Base Camp.

The surrounding area offers spectacular views of glaciers, mountains and high-altitude landscapes.

Because you are now above 4,000 m, today's pace should be slow and steady. After reaching Dharamsala, take time to rest and prepare for the following day's challenging pass crossing.

Your guide will also explain the next day's route and early morning departure.

Spend some time at the pass taking photographs and appreciating the achievement before beginning the long descent.

The trail then descends through rugged mountain terrain toward the lower valley. As you approach Bimthang, vegetation gradually returns and the landscape becomes greener.

This is the defining day of your 14 Days Manaslu Circuit Trek and the main high-pass experience of this remote Himalayan adventure.

The trail passes through areas such as Gho and continues toward Tilije. From Tilije, continue toward Dharapani.

Dharapani is an important settlement and transportation point connecting the Manaslu Circuit with the Annapurna region.
